What is Registered Apprenticeship?

Hacking the Workforce provides state approved Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Programs. A Registered Apprenticeship is a training model led by employers that mixes hands-on experience with classroom education based on industry standards. Our programs help companies find and keep skilled workers. This official Registered status follows national and state training quality standards, and participants earn a respected credential when they finish.

What is Pre-Apprenticeship?

Pre-apprenticeship prepares individuals for success in Registered Apprenticeship programs through training and support. It includes career-readiness training, personalized IT and cyber path planning, and networking events to assist students in job-search strategies during technical training. After graduation, students continue to work with their career coach to refine their strategies and help overcome challenges while securing employment.
