I’m Dr. Safi Mojidi, the founder of Hacking the Workforce. I’m a Nigerian-born American former professional athlete 🏀 and 🏈 (Super Bowl winner). I have a diverse career spanning tech various areas in tech. I’ve done everything from Geek Squad tech support to launching NASA’s first enterprise cloud security program.

All of my prior roles have informed the approach we take to being the change we want to see in the tech industry, and more broadly, society. All of our programs are designed with equity at the core. My passion for security and my love for helping people learn have always been my driving force. Now, I dedicate much of my time to coaching and mentoring tomorrow’s brilliant leaders in the tech industry.

With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and leading teams, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals secure the jobs they desire and organizations find the right person (like you) who can hit the ground running and excel in their roles. My creative approach and unique thinking have enabled me to secure some truly remarkable jobs, such as incident response at NASA and the development of cloud security programs at Salesforce and Slack.
