At Hacking the Workforce, we're on a mission to empower individuals from underrepresented communities to thrive in the dynamic digital age as well as the critical field of cybersecurity. Founded by Dr. Safi Mojidi, we are transforming the world of work by providing innovative solutions, cutting-edge training, and strategic guidance. We aim to bridge the gap between current workforce capabilities and future job market demands, fostering a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and technological proficiency. Our organization prioritizes protecting the digital rights and privacy of all individuals, with a special emphasis on supporting Black + LGBTQIA communities. Our mission is to ensure that technology and law work in tandem to enhance, not erode, personal privacy or security. We are believe in a society where everyone can feel safe while living their authentic lives, on and offline.

Our Approach

Hacking the Workforce focuses on three key pillars: health, wealth, and security of underinvested communities. We provide comprehensive support, including education, coaching, and professional development opportunities, with a special emphasis on equitable access for individuals with multiple marginalized identities.

Our Pre-Apprenticeship Program offers:
